The New Cruise Terminal at Ponta Delgada waterfront, «downtown» New Cruise Facility, with its dedicated 360 meter long quay with 11 meters depth alongside, allows passengers to embark / disembark via a gangway connected to the Terminal Building which is located across from the city centre offering a pleasant promenade and easy access to the tour buses.
The Maritime Building ( 1,200 sq meter ) and commercial building ( 5,300 sq meter) were designed to serve the inter-island traffic and the visiting Cruise Ships.
It also houses the Sea Pavilion - a Grand Plaza Café , Terrace and a restaurant overlooking the sea.
Atlantic Seawater swimming pools can be safe and fully enjoyed.
